This website is operated by Bucky’s Emporium LLC. Throughout these Terms, “Bucky’s Emporium,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bucky’s Emporium.

By visiting this website, placing an order, submitting a custom 3D printing project, or otherwise using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced on the website.

Please read these Terms before using the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or purchase our products or services.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products and services.

1. Use of Our Store

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website, our products, or our services to violate applicable laws, infringe the rights of another person or business, interfere with the operation or security of the website, distribute malicious software, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, intellectual-property concerns, or violations of these Terms.

2. Products and 3D Printed Items

Many products sold by Bucky’s Emporium are made-to-order 3D printed items.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, DIY helmets, props, display pieces, and similar products may arrive as raw or unfinished 3D prints. Sanding, filling, priming, painting, assembly, support cleanup, or other finishing work may be required depending on the product.

Minor layer lines, support marks, seams, or other characteristics associated with the 3D printing process are normal and are not necessarily defects.

Because colors can appear differently between screens, lighting conditions, photographs, and physical materials, we cannot guarantee that colors displayed online will exactly match the unfinished or finished physical item.

Unless specifically described otherwise in a product listing, cosplay helmets, props, replicas, and display pieces sold by Bucky’s Emporium are intended for costume, hobby, collectible, or display use and are not certified protective or safety equipment.

3. Sizing and Custom Specifications

Some products may be offered in standard sizes, while others may be produced using measurements or specifications supplied by the customer.

When you provide measurements, dimensions, scale requirements, or other specifications, you are responsible for making sure that information is accurate.

Products made to a customer’s requested measurements or other custom specifications may be subject to additional return restrictions as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Custom 3D Printing and Submitted Files

Customers requesting custom 3D printing may submit STL, 3MF, STEP, OBJ, or other digital models, drawings, reference materials, or related information for review.

By submitting a file or design, you represent that you own the file or have the necessary rights or permission to reproduce it.

You may not knowingly submit material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, patent, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

Submission of a file does not guarantee that we will accept or manufacture the project. We may decline a project because of technical limitations, safety concerns, intellectual-property concerns, equipment limitations, material availability, or other reasonable business considerations.

Submitting a file does not transfer ownership of your file to Bucky’s Emporium. We may use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, prepare, and fulfill the requested project.

Final pricing for custom printing may be determined only after the model and project requirements have been reviewed.

5. Orders, Pricing and Payment

Prices, products, specifications, and availability may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions and prices accurate. If we discover a significant pricing, description, availability, or configuration error after an order is placed, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or otherwise problematic.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing an order.

6. Made-to-Order Processing and Shipping

Many of Bucky’s Emporium products are produced after an order is placed.

Processing times shown on product pages are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, printer availability, project complexity, materials, maintenance, or other production circumstances.

Shipping transit times are separate from production time and are controlled by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly if you discover an address error.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged-item claims, and non-returnable products are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before making a purchase.

Items that have been painted, sanded, cut, glued, assembled, primed, modified, or otherwise altered after delivery may not qualify for return.

8. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information, but mistakes can occur.

Information regarding products, availability, processing times, pricing, photographs, specifications, or other website content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when necessary.

Product prices may also change without advance notice.

Nothing on the website guarantees that a particular product, material, option, color, service, or feature will remain permanently available.

If you submit a review, comment, photo, message, suggestion, or other content through our website, you are responsible for ensuring that the content is lawful and does not violate the rights of another person.

We may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, malicious, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Nothing in this section transfers ownership of customer-provided 3D model files submitted solely for custom printing.

Information you provide through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.

Payment information may also be processed by Shopify or other authorized payment providers.

13. Intellectual Property

The Bucky’s Emporium name, original branding, logos, website graphics, photographs, written content, and other original materials belonging to Bucky’s Emporium may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, characters, games, franchises, and other intellectual property referenced on the website remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants customers ownership or licensing rights in third-party intellectual property.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or services to:

engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity;
violate intellectual-property or privacy rights;
submit malicious software or harmful code;
interfere with website security or operation;
scrape or collect information through unauthorized automated means;
submit false or intentionally misleading information;

use our custom printing services to knowingly reproduce material you do not have the right to reproduce.

We may suspend or refuse service for violations of these requirements.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay, technical errors, or temporary outages.

Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bucky’s Emporium will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for safely using, assembling, finishing, modifying, displaying, and wearing products after delivery.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Bucky’s Emporium harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of files or materials that infringe another party’s rights.
